Each year the Southeast Recycling Conference & Trade Show (SERC) provides the premier forum for informing the public and private sectors of the economic and environmental significance of recycling and waste reduction in the Southeast. Approximately 400 attendees will have excellent networking opportunities and a chance to visit with 53 exhibitors to preview the newest advances in recycled products and services.

EXHIBIT FEES: $1,295, prior to 1/9/09 then $1,495 there after, fee includes one 8'x10' booth which includes one 6' table, draped and skirted, one sign, one wastebasket, two chairs. Participation will include a listing of your firm in meeting materials and two (2) full registration for all conference activities.

Exhibition Cancellation Policy

Please note the following exhibit booth cancellation policy:

• Cancellations made before December 15, 2008 will receive a full refund minus a $75.00 processing fee.
• Cancellations made after December 15, 2008 and before January 23, 2009, are subject to a 50% cancellation fee.
• No refunds will be given for Exhibit Booths cancelled after January 23, 2009.
